Specialized Elevator Services holds a GSA Schedule Contract for Elevator Preventative Maintenance and is certified to provide goods and services to the Federal Government.
California State Contractor’s License
The State of California recognizes Specialized Elevator Services as a certified contractor according to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
Certified Qualified Conveyance Company
The State of California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health recognizes Specialized Elevator Services as a Certified Quality Conveyance Company according with the provisions of section 7311.3 California Labor codes.
